As a trade-only label converter, we don’t have a sales team. So, our customers are our sales team. DLS works hard to reach distributor customers through digital marketing, networking events and industry organizations. Today, we’ll be talking about the last of those efforts: industry organizations.
DLS puts significant time into our ever-growing relationship with the Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA). As a Premier PSDA Member, DLS participates in the organization’s valuable events and publications.
It’s our hope that by investing time with distributor-centric organizations like the PSDA, we get more opportunities to approach new trade partners and solidify relationships with our current partners.
The PSDA is a community of experts in print, distribution, graphics, and marketing services, along with the manufacturers and suppliers that support them. Their mission is “to provide members with the tools, resources and connections to help their businesses grow.” PSDA provides the tools, resources, education and supply-chain relationships to fuel growth and innovation. Whether you're looking for suppliers who deliver highly customized solutions or a peer who's been through it all and is willing to share their knowledge and experience, PSDA has the resources to grow your business. Their events provide industry education and unique opportunities to build your networks.
The PSDA coordinates a variety of events, many of which are attended by the DLS team.
This print and tech-focused event brings manufacturers and distributors together. Distributors get the opportunity to grow their portfolios and capabilities. There is also plenty of dedicated networking opportunities.
The next generation of print professionals come together in order to network with experienced print pros. This year’s conference will take place alongside P2P in October and include sessions like “Building a Sustainable Brand” and “Be a Disruptive Innovator.”
PSDA executive members come together to connect with their peers to discuss high-level print industry trends at the CEO Summit. This unique opportunity invites executives to share challenges they face and a forum to brainstorm solutions.
PS Magazine provides PSDA members with “forward-thinking perspectives from industry experts on topics such as sales and marketing, technology, business management, innovation and more.” DLS regularly advertises and contributes in PS Magazine. We understand the importance of reaching distributors through one of the most respected industry publications. Our goal is to remind PSDA distributor members of our capabilities and dedication to helping their businesses grow. Our long-form articles provide product training and industry news.
