  ERP Support Analyst (Itasca, IL)

Diversified Labeling Solutions, Inc. (DLS) is currently seeking an ERP Support Analyst to join our Itasca, IL Information Technology team.

 

This role will provide support for and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and related business processes by acting as a key liaison between end users, IT Department and ERP vendors to ensure the effective operation, support and continuous improvement of our ERP environment.

 

We are looking for an analytical professional who enjoys identifying solutions, improving processes and helping users maximize the value of the systems they rely on every day.

 

Pay Range:

$75,000 - $85,000, annually

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between end users, Information Technology and ERP vendors for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Support and implement small to medium-scale ERP reporting and enhancement projects utilizing tools such as GAB, Crystal Reports and related reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update process documentation, testing procedures and system-related documentation.
  • Perform initial testing for ERP system modifications, GAB script enhancements, hotfixes and other system updates.
  • Assist with ERP enhancement implementations through user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, knowledge base article development and documentation updates.
  • Apply user access changes, security permissions and user account modifications within the ERP system.
  • Provide first-level technical support for ERP, printing, connectivity and related system issues through a ticket-based helpdesk environment.
  • Partner with employees across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced system utilization.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP administration, IT helpdesk, systems administration or a related field, or equivalent experience/training.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence (PowerBI), report writing (Crystal Reports), Microsoft remote desktop and Windows-based printing.
  • Experience working with ticket-based helpdesk systems.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts with clarity.

  Customer Service Manager (Reno, NV)

Diversified Labeling Solutions, Inc. (DLS) is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our Reno, NV team.

 

This key leadership role serves as a member of the plant management team and is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate order management, effective purchasing and inventory control and strong cross-functional collaboration throughout the facility.

 

We are looking for an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail andexperience providing exceptional customer service in a manufacturing setting with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively as part of a management team that is committed to producing a quality product, providing superior customer service and meeting operational objectives in a safe and clean working environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding orders, pricing, inventory, shipping, quality concerns and related documentation.
  • Manage full order lifecycle, from order entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a positive, impactful customer experience by coordinating activities between customer service andDLS manufacturing in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Oversee purchasing activities and maintain appropriate raw material inventory levels.
  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate records and compliance with company quality standards.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and troubleshoot ERP-related issues, as needed.
  • Participate plant environmental, health and safety initiatives and support plant-wide compliance efforts.
  • Represent DLS in customer-facing activities, including occasional onsite customer visits and industry tradeshows, as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other business projects, as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience managing customer service operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • The ability to build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing and inventory management principles.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Work as part of a team that is committed to producing a quality product and meeting company objectives in a safe and clean working environment
  • Crosstrain and perform the work of other job tasks as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned to meet team objectives

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses
  •  Ink mixing, plate mounting and support experience
  • Ability to consistently produce product within customer specifications, with minimal number of production errors
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and self-directed
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime hours as needed to meet customer requirements
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
