This position offers the right candidates the opportunity to be key players in the DLS manufacturing process. Pay Range:
$21.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Create specified printed label material using the latest digital print technology, including HP Indigo, INX and Colordyne label presses
- Review job specifications and understand processes required for production
- Evaluate finished material on press, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
- Work as part of a team that is committed to producing a quality product and meeting company objectives in a safe and clean working environment
- Cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of digital printing experience preferred
- HP Indigo, INX and/or Colordyne experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Ability to consistently produce product within customer specifications, with minimal number of production errors
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and self-directed
- Good communication skills
- Excellent trouble shooting skills in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs

Pay Range:
$95,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate accounting operational functions while managing a staff of accounting professionals
- Manage the daily accounting functions of Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash and Costing
- Coordinate and manage various monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes, such as month and year-end close and external auditor activities, including journal entry and work paper review
- Effectively complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal financial requirements, including sales tax reporting for certain states
- Oversee and reconcile inter-company accounts
- Compile and provide monthly financial package to various stakeholders
- Continually evaluate current accounting operations and internal controls, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes as necessary
- Effectively provide comprehensive financial updates to the Controller by evaluating and reporting appropriate data points
- Other duties as assigned to meet team objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years supervisory experience
- Manufacturing and/or public accounting experience a plus
- Experience with ERP systems and month-end close
- Cost accounting aptitude a plus
- High degree of mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and organization
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High degree of general accounting principles knowledge with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis with clarity
- Proficient computer skills (ERP, Microsoft Suite, etc.)

Job Functions/Requirements:
- Source supplies and materials from multiple vendors, ensuring compliance with specifications while optimizing cost and availability
- Prepare and submit purchase orders for various materials, outsourced items, and capital equipment, adhering to customer specifications and company policies
- Monitor receipts and invoices for accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Track material in transit, ensure timely delivery, and communicate changes in delivery schedules
- Handle claims with suppliers and freight carriers for defective or missing materials
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team and vendors to resolve invoice issues
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel to analyze data and provide reports to stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation of all procurement activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Diversified Labeling Solutions, Inc. (DLS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced manufacturing Customer Service Manager to lead our Order Processing and Customer Service teams. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong background in customer experience management within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be both an analytical problem-solver and an empathetic team builder, capable of elevating the customer experience while leading a high-performing department.
The primary duties of the Customer Service Manager are to plan, organize and monitor the ongoing activities of Order Processing department and individual Customer Service personnel. The ultimate goals are to ensure that all orders are properly entered into the company ERP system, all customers receive timely and accurate information regarding the orders they have placed with DLS, and all customer needs and requests are responded to in a timely, professional and effective manner to ensure customer information and support requirements are completely satisfied.
Pay Range:
$92,000 to $110,000, annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the ongoing goals and activities of the Order Processing Department, in conjunction with the Order Processing Supervisor, monitoring activities to confirm that deadlines and commitments are being met
- Plan, organize and supervise the activities of Customer Service Department personnel, ensuring that the workload is being evenly distributed and customer needs are being met
- Develop and monitor operating metrics to ensure that customer expectations are being met
- Closely monitor customer activity and communications, identifying areas of improvement as related to customer satisfaction and train personnel on enhanced methods of effective communication with customers
- Set department goals and objectives to ensure accuracy and efficiency of output
- Act as an active department leader by ensuring that work product levels are being maintained, personnel have the support necessary to meet objectives and to understand current or urgent customer matters requiring attention
- Foster a sense of departmental accountability to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Build solid relationships with customers, ensuring a sense of confidence in DLS, by participating in customer follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of escalated customer concerns or questions
- Be an advocate for the customer with other DLS departments, to facilitate the highest level of customer service possible and identify and address any department related procedural issues or concerns
- Develop cross training efforts to improve personnel knowledge and department workflow
- Collaborate with the Executive team to ensure they are aware of department activities, backlogs and areas of necessary improvement and welcome input on the activities of the Order Processing and Customer Service departments
- Assist in annual budget planning activities related to Order Processing and Customer Service manpower, systems, training and communication needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing customer service operations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring a successful team
- Proficiency in ERP platforms and technology-based service systems such as EDI
- High degree of mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and organization skills
