(DLS) is currently seeking a Regional Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, maintenance initiatives and capital improvement projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. Based in Duluth, GA, this role will provide hands-on maintenance support at our Duluth, GA, Arlington, TX, and Reno, NV locations, helping ensure our production equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment issues, working independently and traveling between facilities to make a meaningful impact on operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned DLS facilities to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including flexographic presses, digital presses, finishing equipment and related systems
- Coordinate maintenance activities with plant and corporate leadership to prioritize equipment repairs, preventative maintenance efforts and capital improvement projects
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and operational issues, implementing effective corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and unplanned maintenance needs, applying temporary repairs when necessary and ensuring timely permanent solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety and production efficiency
- Provide maintenance training and technical guidance to local operations teams to support long-term equipment performance and knowledge development
- Develop and maintain inventories of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure operational readiness
- Recommend equipment upgrades, process improvements and maintenance initiatives that improve productivity, reliability and safety
- Assist with equipment modifications, fabrication projects and facility improvement efforts
- Document maintenance activities and support maintenance planning and tracking systems
- Identify equipment failures resulting from operational or procedural issues and communicate findings to facility leadership
- Partner with plant teams to support company objectives while maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools and common maintenance devices

Diversified Labeling Solutions (DLS), a TSC Auto ID Company, manufactures and supplies thermal transfer, direct thermal, and RFID labels, ribbons, and specialty labeling products, backed by service bureau and warehouse programs that keep our customers' operations running. Headquartered in Itasca, IL, we're seeking a Senior Video Producer & Motion Designer to take our video content to the next level.
Role Overview
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a highly creative, hands-on video professional who can shoot, edit, and design motion graphics at a high level, and who owns a project from the first idea to the final export. You'll be the creative force behind DLS video, setting the standard for how our brand looks and sounds on screen and building an in-house production capability that rivals outside agencies. You'll work closely with our VP of Marketing, who brings deep video production experience, on creative direction.
You'll turn technical products like RFID inlays, label materials, and thermal ribbons into content people actually want to watch: product and application videos, customer stories, educational series such as DLS University, manufacturing and capability features, trade show content, and short-form social video.
This role is also part of TSC Auto ID's Global Video Production team, giving you the opportunity to contribute to video projects for TSC regions around the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Creative Ownership: Lead projects end to end, from concept, scripting, and storyboarding through production, post, and delivery. Bring original ideas to the table, not just execution.
• Production (Shoot): Plan and shoot on location at our manufacturing facility, customer sites, trade shows, and in studio. Own camera, lighting, and audio capture for interviews, b-roll, and detailed product and macro work.
• Post-Production (Edit): Edit, color grade, and mix finished pieces with strong pacing and storytelling. Deliver multiple versions and cutdowns for web, YouTube, LinkedIn, social, sales enablement, and event screens.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics, including explainers, kinetic typography, product animations, and visualizations that make complex topics like RFID encoding and label construction easy to understand.
• Educational Content: Produce and grow the DLS University video series and other training, how-to, and troubleshooting content for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Brand Video System: Establish the DLS video look and feel, including graphics packages, lower thirds, templates, music, and sound standards, aligned with DLS brand guidelines and TSC Auto ID co-branding rules.
• Production Management: Manage schedules, shot lists, budgets, locations, talent, and gear. Direct freelancers and on-camera talent when projects call for it.
• Asset Library & Workflow: Build and maintain an organized video and footage library with a clear naming convention, archive process, and efficient review and approval workflow.
• Raise Our Capability: Recommend gear, software, and workflow investments, including AI-assisted production tools, that elevate quality and output. Help build out our in-house studio capabilities.
• Collaboration: Partner with the DLS marketing team, product managers, sales, and subject-matter experts, and contribute to projects for TSC Auto ID's Global Video Production team as needed.
Essential Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional experience producing video end to end, with demonstrated strength in shooting, editing, and motion graphics.
• A strong reel and portfolio showing cinematic camera work, polished editing and storytelling, and original motion design. Required to apply.
• Expert camera and lighting skills with cinema and mirrorless systems, lenses, gimbals and sliders, and interview and product lighting setups.
• Professional audio capture and post: lavalier and boom recording, voiceover, sound design, and mixing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, plus Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender for product and technical animation.
• Color grading skills that deliver a consistent, premium look across projects.
• Ability to translate technical subject matter into clear, engaging stories for business audiences.
• Self-directed and accountable; able to manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally for shoots and events and to transport and set up production equipment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience producing video for B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or technology brands.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification and aerial cinematography experience.
• Product and still photography skills.
• Scriptwriting, voiceover direction, and coaching non-professional on-camera talent.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway) into production workflows.
• Familiarity with labeling, RFID, barcode, or Auto ID technologies.
